Description of Work
Roof renovation with curved tiles from LA ESCANDELL, once the “Aitana” model for the renovation in Moraira. High quality aged rustic tiles with a 30-year factory warranty. This roof has 80mm of thermal insulation, a vapor barrier and double waterproofing with high quality polyester-reinforced asphalt fabrics made of modified sbs bitumen.
Complete roof renovation in Denia, Urb. Marquesa. It has high quality TEJAS BORJA “villa vella” curved rooftiles. This roof with rounded and straight surfaces has been prepared for the future installation of solar panels.
Renovation of a terrace and complete roof in Denia with LA ESCANDELLA “paja flambeada” tiles and 80mm thermal insulation. Decorative 25×25 “Denia” type floor tiles on the terrace.
