Comprehensive renovation of a penthouse in Dénia

With the help of the Valencia Architecture Studio we have carried out the comprehensive renovation of a 300m2 duplex penthouse with a private pool in a privileged development in Denia.

This penthouse was in the attic and has been completely rebuilt with new brick walls with high quality acoustic insulation. Technical ceiling to relocate the bathrooms and toilet within the attic space. Plaster ceilings with curtains and indirect lighting. High quality plasterboard finish and smooth glass finish.

All finished with imitation wood flooring placed decoratively like a chessboard.
